How does my data stay safe?
NaamSetu uses an Offline-First Architecture. Your Jap counts are saved instantly to your device's local database (Room DB). This ensures you never lose a chant even without internet. When you go online, these counts are seamlessly synced to our secure cloud (Firebase).
Can I use NaamSetu on multiple devices?
Yes! Simply sign in with the same Google or Email account on both devices. Your progress, streaks, and Divine Cards will sync automatically once you are online.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
If you are signed in, your data is backed up in the cloud. However, if you use the app as a guest, uninstalling will delete your local progress permanently. We recommend signing in to protect your Sadhana history.
Can I recover my account after deleting it?
If you manually delete your account from within the app, you may request account recovery by reaching out to our support team within 48 hours of deletion. However, please note that account restoration is not guaranteed due to various technical factors, high request volumes, or automated data purge queues. Once the 48-hour window passes or if data wiping completes, account restoration will no longer be possible under any circumstances.
