1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing or using NaamSetu (“App”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of the Service
NaamSetu is a spiritual utility and community app designed to support consistent Naam Jap and related sadhana activity. Features may include:
- Digital Jap Counter & 108-count Mala: Tools for counting Jap and completing mala cycles.
- Bubble Jap: A dedicated alternate Jap experience available within NaamSetu.
- Streaks & Analytics: Tools for tracking daily continuity, Jap progress and supported sadhana statistics.
- Sangh & Leaderboard: Social and community features for profiles, following and rankings.
- Sangam: QR-based real-time group Jap intended for participants who are physically together.
- Stories & Devotional Content: Supported spiritual stories, media and related content.
- Aura, Coins & Divine Cards: Virtual progression and reward systems within the App.
3. User Accounts & Data
- Account creation: NaamSetu currently supports Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication for account access and supported synchronization.
- Account responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account and device used to access NaamSetu.
- Local and cloud data: Supported Jap activity and app state may be retained locally and synchronized with Firebase when connectivity is available.
- Connectivity: Online features such as cloud sync, Sangh, leaderboard, Sangam, subscriptions and some media experiences may require an active internet connection.
- Account deletion: NaamSetu provides an in-app account-deletion option. Additional support is available at support@naamsetu.com.
4. Premium Subscriptions
NaamSetu may offer optional Premium subscription plans through Google Play Billing.
- Billing: Purchases and recurring subscription charges are processed by Google Play using the Google account connected to the Play Store.
- Auto-renewal: A recurring subscription may renew automatically unless you cancel it through Google Play before the next renewal is processed.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription-management option provided in NaamSetu or directly through Google Play.
- Premium access: After cancellation, Premium access generally remains available until the entitlement expiry time provided by Google Play, subject to applicable billing rules.
- Refunds: Refund eligibility and processing are governed by Google Play’s applicable refund policies.
- Pricing: Subscription prices, offers and included benefits may change in accordance with Google Play requirements and applicable law. Any required notices or user actions will be handled through the relevant Google Play or in-app process.

5. Virtual Assets & Progression
- Virtual assets: NaamSetu may include Aura, Coins, Divine Cards, skins, streak-related items and other virtual progression elements.
- No cash value: Unless NaamSetu expressly states otherwise for a specific feature, virtual assets are intended for use inside the App and do not represent cash, legal tender, ownership, investment value or a bank balance.
- No unauthorized transfer: Virtual assets may not be sold, traded, transferred or exchanged outside supported NaamSetu functionality.
- Adjustments: We may rebalance, correct, restrict or remove virtual assets where reasonably necessary for security, bug correction, abuse prevention, economy balancing or service changes.
- Fraud or error: Progress or rewards obtained through abuse, automation, technical errors or unauthorized manipulation may be corrected or reversed.
6. Sangh, Sangam & Community Features
- Public profile information: Certain profile, Aura, rank, Sangh or Sangam-related information may be visible to other users depending on the feature and your available privacy settings.
- Sangam: Sangam is intended for real-time group Jap where participants are physically together and join using the supported QR flow.
- Respectful use: You must not use profile names, content or community features to harass, impersonate, threaten, deceive or post unlawful or abusive material.
- Moderation: We may restrict or remove access to community features where reasonably necessary to protect users, service integrity or fair play.
7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
To protect the integrity of NaamSetu’s progress systems and community features, you agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, auto-clickers, automation or unauthorized tools to manipulate Jap counts, Aura, Coins, Cards, streaks or rankings.
- Exploit bugs, duplicate requests, modified clients, tampering or other technical methods to obtain unfair progress or rewards.
- Attempt to bypass security, App Check, Play Integrity, authentication, rate limits or server-side validation.
- Interfere with other users, Sangam rooms, leaderboard integrity or NaamSetu infrastructure.
- Use the App in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Where abuse is reasonably detected, we may restrict features, correct affected progress, suspend access or take other proportionate action.
8. Intellectual Property
NaamSetu’s software, branding, logo, original graphics, interface design, written content and other original materials are owned by NaamSetu or used with appropriate rights, except where third-party content is identified separately.
You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, commercially exploit or represent NaamSetu branding or original content as your own except where permitted by law or with prior written permission.
9. Advertisements & Third-Party Services
NaamSetu may display advertisements through Google AdMob when advertising is enabled. Advertisement availability may vary by account, subscription status, region, configuration and app version.
The App may also use or link to third-party services such as Google, Firebase, Google Play, media providers or external websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Unless expressly stated by NaamSetu, the appearance of a third-party advertisement or link does not mean we endorse the advertised product, service or external website.
10. Spiritual & Service Disclaimer
NaamSetu is a digital spiritual utility intended to support personal practice and community participation. Jap counts, streaks, analytics, Aura, rankings and other app metrics are digital tracking or motivational features and should not be interpreted as guarantees of spiritual, personal, health or financial outcomes.

12. Availability, Maintenance & Changes
We may update, suspend, limit or modify parts of NaamSetu for maintenance, security, technical, legal or product reasons. Some features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or rollout periods.
We may also discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary. Where a change materially affects users, we may provide notice through the App, website, Google Play or another appropriate channel.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as NaamSetu evolves or as platform, legal or service requirements change. The effective date shown on this page will be updated when revisions are published.
Your continued use of NaamSetu after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
